What is a light kit?
A set of small LEDs, thin cables and a power box, designed for one specific LEGO® set. Each light has its place: windows, street lamps, engines, cockpits. The LEGO® set is not included.
Do I need to know which set they have?
No. That is the point of the gift card. They search their set number on our site, pick the kit made for it, and use the code at checkout.
Is it hard to install?
No glue, no tools and nothing is cut. Lights clip between the bricks and the cables hide inside. Step-by-step instructions in PDF and online. Most kits take one evening.
What else can they spend it on?
LED nameplates for their sets, display wall mounts, and lighting accessories to light up anything we don't make a kit for.
How does the gift card arrive?
By email, right after checkout or on the date you choose, up to 90 days ahead. Or send it to yourself and hand it over.
Can they use it in parts?
Yes. Whatever they don't spend stays on the card for their next order.
